Further success for College Gymnasts
Saturday 4th March 2017
The Under 19 Girls Team had very stiff competition from 7 teams across the region. Shannon Standing, Freya Tatham, Phoebe Jenkin and Maea Morgan performed dynamic floor routines including some new moves and solid vaults. The team scored 118.90 and came 3rd in the competition. A great achievement by the girls.
Shannon scored 14.35 on floor, 15.00 on vault = 29.35
Freya scored 14.40 on floor, 15.05 on vault = 29.45
Phoebe scored 14.70 on floor, 15.00 on vault = 29.70
Maea scored 15.20 on floor, 15.20 on vault = 30.40
A really close set of scores. Well done girls!
Also, travelling with the U19 Girls were the U14 Girls.
The Under 14 Girls Team included Josie Martin, Alaia Wilson, Ashleigh Price and Kaitlyn Standing all from year 7. The team performed solid vaults and clean floor routines. We are particularly proud of these girls who have only just started competing for the school and they did us proud by coming 4th in the competition!
Alaia scored 12.15 on floor and 12.55 on vault = 24.70
Josie scored 12.50 on floor and 14.00 on vault = 26.50
Kaitlyn scored 12.90 on floor and 14.90 on vault = 27.85
Ashleigh scored 13.05 on floor and 14.80 on vault = 27.80
