Enterprise Adviser

An Enterprise Adviser is business partner to support the Careers Leader to develop and implement their careers strategy. This is a voluntary role thus the EA is passionate about good careers education and skills development for life after school.

  • Paul Atkinson, Consultant for Green Works, is the Enterprise Adviser linked to Helston Community College. Paul has recently moved to Cornwall and started his business with his wife (and partner). Guiding organisations into the green economy, Paul would also like to provide social benefit to the local community.

  • Expert in green economy opportunities and trends.

  • Knowledge of sustainability led career pathways.

  • 15 years experience in leadership development, communication skills and coaching.

  • Facilitator and presenter.

  • Background of startups and entrepreneurship.

Dave is the CMA Senior Manager and has over 14 years of experience supporting young people into employment through the delivery of multiple funded projects. Dave currently manages our young people and adult unemployment contracts and is leading on the business engagement by creating links between the young people and the network of over 105 local Marine Business Ambassadors.
