Exam Certificate Collection

Thank you to those students that have collected their summer 24 exam certificates.  For those that haven’t please can you make arrangements to come in and collect them between 3.30 and 4.15 this week or there will be a final collection session on Monday 13^th January between 3.30 and 6.00pm.  This will be from North Site reception.  If a student is unable to come in and pick up the certificates themselves they can complete the document below and nominate someone else to collect them on their behalf.  Photographic ID will be required for collection.

Please note – certificates can only be released to the student themselves or by completion of the attached document. Also, we are obliged to keep certificates for one year only  from issue, so if we can encourage you to pick them up as soon as possible please.

If certificates are not collected during these times they will only be available for collection by contacting the exams office email: exams@helston.tpacademytrust.org to arrange a mutually convenient time.

A Level certificates are available for collection from Post 16.
GCSE certificates are available for collection from north site reception.
